This entry level calvados in the Daron range is made from several varieties of Normandy-grown apples, which is distilled slowly in copper pot stills, and then aged in Limousin casks. It tastes of cider, baked apple pie and poached pear, with hints of ginger, cinnamon, biscotti, and vanilla.
