Abbey Ale: Dark copper-colored with burnt brown sugar on the palate. Definitely has that distinctive Belgian-ale taste. Brewed with Perle and Saaz hops. Alcohol: 7.2 percent.
Double D: Citrus wafts through this murky, orange-colored, double India Pale Ale, specifically with a subtle hint of orange. A good amount of bitterness lingers with some warming on the tail end of the finish - not surprising. Alcohol: 9 percent.
Morning Glory: Very smooth and no real bitter bite. Black as a cup of Joe, the flavor is there but not as strong as the word 'espresso' would suggest. Doesn't have much warming, though the coffee flavor emerges on the very end. Alcohol: 9 percent.
