Though most bourbons add a rye component to the mash bill for additional flavor—or, to a lesser extent, wheat—Reservoir trusts the full force of local Virginia corn and deep aging in small barrels to produce a unique bourbon that is different from any other product available on the market. It’s a beautiful midpoint balance of sweet between the softness of the Wheat and the sharp grain of the rye.
